The only thing you need to do is to send CVs by e-mail from a mailbox that is connected with the application, and it will convert information contained in the document, creating a ready-made profiles of candidates according to your guidelines. You can manually enter a CV, but you can simply send an email to EMPLOSYS, and the application will do it for you. These two functions are unique on the market. The module of sources configuration enables you to include all channels to the recruitment process, regardless of which job portals, external companies or career websites you are using. EMPLOSYS automatically eliminates repeated offers by assigning a candidate to the particular project only once. The application also allows assignment of the profile of the same candidate to few different projects, in which he/she may have a different assessment, recruitment status, degree of fulfilled requirements or financial expectations.

In the application, you can use a candidate rating system, which allows assignment of different opinions in several recruitment processes, if the candidate applied for more than one post. UNIQUE function called the Customer Panel allows communication with the person commissioning the recruitment process. Such a person will receive an access to projects and recommended candidates, the opportunity to comment and commission actions, and after employment – for example – control working time of an external contractor.

It also allows transformation of an employee into an external contractor, delegating him/her to the benefit of the client for a specified period of time. The contractor prepares reports concerning the time of work in the application, creating automatic basis for acceptance of hours and financial settlement. EMPLOSYS independently controls the employment status, checking the current demand for work and the duration of the contract. With this UNIQUE function, the application also allows the customer to place direct orders in the recruiting company.
